Getting Started

Install the app, create a digital product, upload your files, and link it to a Shopify product. Your customers will receive branded download emails automatically when they purchase.

Email Customization

Go to Emails in the sidebar to access the visual editor. Choose from 6 layout templates and customize colors, fonts, logo, button text, and social links with a live preview.

Download Links Not Working?

Check that the product is linked to a Shopify product and that the files are uploaded. Download links expire based on your settings. Customers can request a new link from the reissue page.

File Upload Limits

Supported formats include PDF, ZIP, MP3, MP4, images, and more. Maximum file size depends on your plan (500 MB on Free, up to 10 GB on paid plans). Executable files are blocked for security.

Billing & Plans

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Deliver+ dashboard. Billing is handled through Shopify so you'll see charges on your Shopify invoice.

Data & Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. All files are encrypted, download links use 256-bit tokens, and we fully support GDPR data requests. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
