The simple, honest refund policy.
Every product in the shop is an instant digital download. The rules below cover how that works, what is covered, and how we take care of you if something goes wrong.
All digital sales are final.
Because every system, bundle, and guide is delivered as an instant download, all sales are final the moment the order is placed. This applies whether or not the file has been opened or the content has been viewed.
Technical problems are always covered.
If a file will not download, a link is broken, or the content is corrupted, send us an email within 7 days of purchase. We will replace the file or resend the link promptly. This is a fix, not a refund, and it is on us to make it right.
Bought the wrong system? We will swap it.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong system and have not yet accessed the content, email us within 24 hours of checkout. We will exchange it for the correct one at the same price or credit the amount toward any other system in the shop.
Bundles follow the same policy.
Bundle purchases are treated the same as individual system purchases. Once bundle access is granted, the full set is considered delivered and is not refundable.

If something has gone wrong with your order, please send us a quick email before reaching out to your bank. We can almost always resolve it in one reply, and we would much rather sort it out directly with you than put you through a chargeback process.

Digital products are different from shipped goods.
The moment a file is downloaded, the product is in the buyer's hands for good. There is no way to take it back, and a refund on a digital file creates an opening for the content to be kept and used without payment. That is unfair to every customer who buys in good faith.
So the policy is simple. All sales are final. If something is actually wrong with the file or the delivery, we fix it the same day. If you picked the wrong system, we will swap it before you open the content. Everything else is a conversation we want to have over email before anything gets disputed.
